WAIKOHU COUNTY COUNCIL

TAKING OF LAND FOR ROAD AND CLOSING OF ROAD

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the land described in the First Schedule hereto for road purposes, and to close the portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the office of the Waikohu County Council at Te Karaka and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the taking of the said land or the closing of the said road should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the taking of such land or the closing of such road, set forth the same in writing and send such written objections, within forty (40) days from the first publication of this notice, to the Waikohu County Council at Te Karaka.

BOROUGH OF PAPATOETOE

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953

Papatoetoe Borough District Scheme (Area No. 1) Approved

PURSUANT to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, public notice is hereby given that the district scheme under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953 for that part of the Borough of Papatoetoe as it existed at 24 September 1957, and known as Area No. 1, was approved by the Council by resolution passed at its meeting held on the 28th day of August 1962 after all objections, appeals, and arbitrations relating to the scheme had been disposed of and the scheme had been amended to give effect to all objections and appeals allowed and all amendments of the district scheme required by the Board had been incorporated.

The Council has also resolved that the scheme shall come into operation on the 1st day of October 1962.

Copies of the scheme as approved have been deposited in the Council’s office and in every public library in the district and may be inspected, without fee, by any person who so requires at any time when these places are open to the public.

Public notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 29 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, the Council has resolved that its operative district scheme, prepared pursuant to the Town Planning Act 1926 and adopted on the 23rd day of March 1954 under section 19 (2) (b) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, be cancelled as from the 1st day of October 1962.

NEWMARKET BOROUGH COUNCIL

Newmarket Borough District Scheme Approved

PURSUANT to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, public notice is hereby given that the district scheme, under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, for the Borough of Newmarket was approved by the Council by resolution passed at its meeting held on the 12th day of September 1962 after all objections, appeals, and arbitrations relating to the scheme had been disposed of and the scheme had been amended to give effect to all objections and appeals allowed and all amendments of the district scheme required by the Board had been incorporated.

The Council has also resolved that the scheme shall come into operation on the 1st day of October 1962.

Changes to the City of Auckland Operative District Scheme Approved

PURSUANT to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, public notice is hereby given that the under-mentioned changes to the district scheme under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953 for the City of Auckland were approved by the Council by resolution passed at its meeting held on 24 August 1962.

The Council has also resolved that the under-mentioned changes to the district scheme shall come into operation on the 3rd day of October 1962.

Copies of the scheme changes as approved have been deposited in the Council’s office and in every public library in the district and may be inspected, without fee, by any person who so requires at any time when these places are open to the public.
