Closely Populated Locality Revoked and Limited Speed Zone Declared

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1949, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice as follows:

1. That the Warrant under section 36 of the Transport Act 1949, dated the 29th day of November 1955, which relates to that portion of the No. 3 State Highway (Hamilton- Woodville via New Plymouth), formerly known as the New Plymouth - Hawera State Highway No. 10, at Midhirst in Stratford County, is hereby revoked.

2. The road specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a limited speed zone for the purposes of the Traffic Regulations 1956†.
