PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1949, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice as follows:

1. That so much of the Warrant under section 3 of the Motor Vehicles Amendment Act 1936, dated the 20th day of December 1937* as relates to that portion of the No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff), formerly known as the Christchurch-Dunedin Main Highway No. 101, in Waikouaiti Borough, is hereby revoked.
