NOTICE is hereby given that, by a duly signed entry in the minute book of the above-named company on the 22nd day of August 1962, the following resolution was passed by the company:
"That the W. R. Arlidge Construction Co. Ltd. be wound up on the ground that it cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue in business."
And that at a meeting of the company's creditors held on 31 August 1962 I was appointed liquidator of the said company.
