A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 17th day of September 1962.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of Crown land containing 4 acres and 10·9
perches situated in Blocks XV and XVI, Te Kawau Survey
District, and Block IV, Mount Robinson Survey District,
Wellington R.D., being formerly part Rangitikei-Manawatu
Block B, Township of Carnarvon, and being the balance of
the land fourthly described in Proclamation 33; as shown
coloured red on a plan lodged in the office of the Chief
Surveyor at Wellington as No. 16347.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 6th day of September 1962.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a main high-
way depot; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the 17th day of September 1962.

ALL those pieces of Crown land situated in Block XIII,
Waoku Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the use, con-
venience, or enjoyment of an aerodrome (radio-receiving
station); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 17th day of September 1962.

ALL those pieces of Crown land situated in Block IV, Mahina-
pua Survey District, Westland R.D., described as follows:
