A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Rosebank section of the Avondale-Pollen Island Railway.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken:

Situated in Block XV, Waitemata, and Block III, Titirangi Survey Districts, City of Auckland. (S.O. 43067.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 17411 deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

Allocating Land Taken for Railway Purposes at Gore to the Purposes of a Street

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become street and that the said street shall be under the control of the Gore Borough Council and shall be maintained by the said Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said council.

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of September 1962.
