Notice to Creditors to Prove
In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and of Neil
McRae and Co. Ltd. (in liquidation), and of McRaes
(1958) Ltd. (in liquidation), and of J. D. Campbell (1955)
Ltd. (in liquidation).
THE liquidator of the above companies which are being wound
up voluntarily doth hereby fix the 24th day of September
1962 as the day on or before which the creditors of the com-
panty are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any
title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Act
or to be excluded from the benefit of the distribution made
before such debts are proved or, as the case may be, from
objecting to such distribution.

NOTICE is hereby given that, by duly signed entry in the
minute book of the above-named company made on the 30th
day of July 1962, the following special resolution was passed
by the company, namely:
"That the company be wound up voluntarily."
That Mr A. H. Dukeson, of Rotorua, public accountant, be
and is hereby appointed liquidator for the purpose of winding
up the affairs of the company and distributing the assets.

CREDITORS' VOLUNTARY WINDING UP
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
PURSUANT to section 284 of the Companies Act 1955, notice
is hereby given that a meeting of Reelick Hay Ltd. will be
held on the 29th of August 1962 at which a resolution for
voluntary winding up is to be proposed; and that a meeting
of the creditors of the company will be held, pursuant to
section 284 of the Companies Act 1955, at the Taupo
Memorial Hall on the 29th day of August 1962 at 2 o'clock
in the afternoon, at which meeting a full statement of the
position of the company's affairs, together with a list of the
creditors and the estimated amount of their claims, will be
laid before the meeting, and at which meeting the creditors,
in pursuance of section 285 of the said Act, may nominate
a person to be the liquidator of the company, and in pur-
suance of section 286 of the said Act, may appoint a com-
mittee of inspection.

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding-up of
the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on
the 14th day of August 1962, presented to the said Court
by the Commissioner of Inland Revenue; and that the said
petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at
Wellington on the 12th day of September 1962 at 10 o'clock
in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the
said company desirous to support or oppose the making of
an order on the said petition may appear at the time of
hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and
a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned
to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring
a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP
NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership heretofore sub-
sisting between Desmond Raymond Taylor and Harold
O'Connor, carrying on business as motor vehicle dealers at
110 Great North Road, Grey Lynn, has been dissolved as
from the 19th day of June 1962.

Board under the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, and for
the purpose of purchasing staff housing, a special rate of one
