the above-named company has been summoned for the purpose
of passing a resolution for voluntary winding up; and that a

NOTICE is hereby given that, by an entry dated 14 August
1962 in the minute book of Pritchards Linens Ltd., the
shareholders of the company passed the following special
resolution:
"That the company be wound up voluntarily under section
268 (b) of the Companies Act 1955 and that, in pursuance
of section 285 of the Companies Act 1955, Carlyslc James
Hartley Blackie, public accountant, of Christchurch, is hereby
appointed provisional liquidator."
Pursuant to section 362 (8) of the Companies Act 1955,
notice is hereby given that a meeting of the creditors of
the said company will be held at the office of Preston,
Blackie, and Hames, Public Accountants, 213 Gloucester Street,
Christchurch, on the 23rd day of August 1962 at 4 p.m., at
which meeting a full statement of the position of the com-

of Frosted Foods Ltd.
NOTICE is hereby given that, by an entry in its minute book
signed in accordance with section 362 (1) of the Companies
Act 1955, the above-named company, on the 13th day of
August 1962, passed an extraordinary resolution for voluntarily
winding up. Pursuant to section 362 (8) of the Companies
Act 1955, a meeting of the creditors of the company will be
held at the meeting room of Messrs Prosser, Alborough, and
Richards, Public Accountants, 167 Hardy Street, Nelson, on
the 23rd day of August 1962 at 2.30 o'clock in the afternoon
at which meeting a full statement of the company's affairs,
together with a list of the creditors and the estimated amount
of their claims, will be laid before the meeting and at which
meeting the creditors, in pursuance of section 285 of the
said Act may nominate a person to be the liquidator of

PAUL VIVIAN JONES and Marshall Ross Jones, formerly
carrying on business in Hamilton as butchers in partnership
under the firm name of Hygienic Butchery at Great South
Road, Te Rapa, Hamilton, hereby give notice that their
partnership was dissolved as from and inclusive of the 13th day
of November 1961.

BLENHEIM BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Waterworks Loan 1953, £100,000, Fourth Portion £25,000
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that
behalf by the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 and all other
Acts and powers enabling it in that behalf, the Blenheim
Borough Council doth hereby resolve as follows:
"That, for the purpose of securing the interest and other
charges on a loan of twenty-five thousand pounds (£25,000),
being the fourth portion of the Waterworks Loan 1953,
£100,000, authorised to be raised by the Blenheim Borough
Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of
renewing the spiral steel mains of the Borough Water Supply
Reticulation System and for providing for works and expenses
incidental thereto, the said Council hereby makes and levies
a special rate of one hundred and ninety-five one-thousandths
of a penny (0·195d.) in the pound (£) on the unimproved
rateable value of all rateable property within the Borough of
Blenheim; and that such special rate shall be an annually-
recurring rate payable on demand in each and every year
during the currency of the said loan, being a period of thirty
(30) years, or until the said loan is fully paid off, and the
said Council doth hereby appropriate and pledge the said
special rate as security for the above loan."
I hereby certify that the above resolution was passed at a
meeting of the Blenheim Borough Council held on the 25th
day of July 1962.

WAIKATO COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Rural Housing Loan No. 6, 1962, £50,000
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the
Waikato County Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on
a loan of £50,000 authorised to be raised by the Waikato
County Council under the provisions of the above-mentioned
Act for the purpose of making advances to farmers in terms
of the Rural Housing Act 1939, the said Waikato County
Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal nought two
eight five of a penny (0·0285d.) in the pound upon the
rateable value of all rateable property comprising the whole
of the County of Waikato; and that such special rate shall
be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan
and be payable yearly on the 14th day of August in each
and every year during the currency of such loan, being a
period of 35 years, or until the loan is fully paid off."
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was passed
at a meeting of the Waikato County Council held on the
9th day of August 1962.
