ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington this 8th day of August 1962
Present:
His Excellency The Governor-General in Council
Pursuant to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the pieces of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become Government road.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of road situated in Block XIII, Waoku Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the borrowing by the local authorities mentioned in the Schedule hereto by way of loan of the whole or any part of the respective amounts specified in that Schedule.

Rangitahi College Board of Governors Order 1962

Present:
His Excellency The Governor-General in Council
Pursuant to section 90 of the Education Act 1914, as amended by section 10 of the Education Amendment Act 1952, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER

  1. This Order may be cited as the Rangitahi College Board of Governors Order 1962.
  2. The constitution of the Board of Governors of Rangitahi College as prescribed by section 90 of the Education Act 1914, is hereby varied so that the school shall be controlled by a Board of Governors constituted as follows:
    (a) One member appointed by the South Auckland Education Board;
    (b) Five members elected by the parents of the pupils attending the school;
