Pursuant to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders
and declares that the portion of road described in the
Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order
in Council, become Government road.

All that piece of road containing 3 roods 1 perch situated
in Block II, Invercargill Hundred, Southland R.D., adjoining

Pursuant to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act
1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby author-
ises the Hamilton City Council to permit the laying off of
the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a
width for part of its length of less than 66 ft, but not less
than 40 ft, subject to the condition that no building or part
of a building shall at any time be erected on the land shown
edged green on the plan marked M.O.W. 5947 referred to
in the Schedule hereto within a distance of 15 ft from the
side lines of the said street.

commencing at a point on the south-eastern side of Okura-
kura Road between Sections 9 and 10, Block XIII, Maunga-
haruru Survey District, and proceeding south-easterly
generally for a distance of 1 mile 57 chains measured along
the centre line of the road, to its termination at a point on
the northern boundary of Section 3, Block XIV, Maunga-
haruru Survey District; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 5929 deposited in
the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and
thereon coloured red.
