A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, and that the
land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for stream diversion; and I also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the 20th day of August 1962.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XV, Mahurangi
Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
20th day of August 1962.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods 26·1 perches situated
in Block VII, Mangamuka Survey District, Auckland R.D.,
being part Lot 4, D.P. 409, being part Orira Block; as the
same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
M.O.W. 2197 (S.O. 41905) deposited in the office of the
Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 13th day of July 1962.

declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
