Notice to Registrar of Resolution for Voluntary Winding Up
NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company held on the 1st day of August 1962, the following special resolutions were passed by the company:
“ (a) That the company be wound up voluntarily.
“(b) That Mr Henry Lewis Gibson, of Dunedin, solicitor, be and he is hereby appointed liquidator for the purpose of winding up the affairs of the company and distributing the assets.

DOMINION FARMERS MUTUAL INSURANCE ASSOCIATION

Notice of Resolution for Voluntary Winding Up
In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of the Mutual Insurance Act 1955 and in the matter of Dominion Farmers Mutual Insurance Association.
NOTICE is hereby given that, at an extraordinary general meeting of the above association held on the 31st day of July, 1962, the following special resolution was passed:
“That the association be wound up voluntarily.”

MOUNT MAUNGANUI BOROUGH COUNCIL

RESOLUTION STRIKING SPECIAL SECURITY RATE
Housing Loan No. 2, 1962, £5,600
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Mount Maunganui Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing security for interest and other charges on the loan of £5,600 authorised to be raised by the Mount Maunganui Borough Council under the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 for the purpose of purchasing land and the erection of accommodation for aged persons, the said Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of one twenty-eighth pence (1/28d.) in the pound (£) upon the rateable value, on the basis of the unimproved value, of all the rateable property in the Borough of Mount Maunganui; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan or until the loan is fully paid off.”
The foregoing resolution was duly passed at a meeting of the Mount Maunganui Borough Council held on the 17th day of July 1962.

WHANGAREI HARBOUR BOARD

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Whangarei Harbour Board hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of £446,250 authorised to be raised by the Whangarei Harbour Board under the above-mentioned Act, and in terms of the Whangarei Harbour Board Vesting and Empowering Act 1960, for harbour improvement works at Whangarei, the said Whangarei Harbour Board hereby makes a special rate of four-fifths of one penny in the pound (4/5d.) upon the rateable value of all rateable property in the Whangarei Harbour District, comprising the Borough of Whangarei, the Town Districts of Kamo and Hikurangi, and the County of Whangarei, excepting out of such county that portion thereof comprised in the Waipu River District as defined in proclamation published in the Gazette on the 1st day of March 1900. That the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 20th day of June in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 25 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
The foregoing resolution was passed at the ordinary monthly meeting of the Whangarei Harbour Board held on the 20th day of December 1960.

WAITAKI ELECTRIC POWER BOARD

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Waitaki Electric Power Board hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of £80,000 authorised to be raised by the Waitaki Electric Power Board under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of supplying and distributing electrical energy for the benefit of the Waitaki Electric Power District, the said Waitaki Electric Power Board hereby makes a special rate of 0·0583d. in the pound upon the capital rateable value of all rateable property of the Waitaki Electric Power District, comprising the constituent districts of Oamaru Borough, Hampden Borough, Waitaki County, and part Waimate County; and that the special rate shall be an annual recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 20 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
The Waitaki Electric Power Board at its meeting on 30 July 1962 passed the above resolution.

GISBORNE HARBOUR BOARD

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Gisborne Harbour Board hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of £655,000 authorised to be raised by the Gisborne Harbour Board under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of carrying out those works and providing the equipment authorised by the Gisborne Harbour Board Empowering Act 1961 together with costs incidental thereto, the said Gisborne Harbour Board hereby makes a special rate of thirty-three one hundred and twenty-eighths of one penny in the pound on the capital value of all rateable property of the Gisborne Harbour District; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 31st day of May in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 30 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was passed by the Gisborne Harbour Board at a special meeting held at the Board’s office, Read’s Quay, Gisborne, on the 25th day of July 1962.

TARADALE BOROUGH COUNCIL

RESOLUTION CONSOLIDATING SPECIAL RATES
PURSUANT to section 108A of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, the Taradale Borough Council hereby resolves by way of special order that in lieu of levying the separate special rates specified in the Schedule hereto the Council do make a consolidated special rate of five decimal eight three eight two pence (5·8382d.) in the pound (£) upon the basis of the unimproved value of all rateable land in the Borough of Taradale, and that such rate shall be an annually recurring rate and may be levied in whole or in part from year to year and payable on the 1st day of August in each year.
