Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed in Block XI,
Waimata Survey District, Cook County

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land
described in the First Schedule hereto, and also hereby pro-
claim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule
hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT
Land Proclaimed as Road
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XI, Waimata
Survey District, Cook County, Gisborne R.D., described as
follows:

No. 9 Block; coloured blue on plan.

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I,
Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of
New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the
Schedule hereto and comprised in a roadway laid out by the
Maori Land Court by an Order dated the 8th day of November
1950 to be road.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the stopped Government
Road described in the First Schedule hereto and the Crown
land described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby set
apart for the development of water power (Arapuni scheme);
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 13th day of August 1962.
