Crown Land Set Apart for Road in Block V, Kawarau Survey District
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of August 1962.
SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land situated in Block V, Kawarau Survey District, Otago R.D., described as follows:
A. R.P. Being
1 1 5·6 Crown land; coloured sepia on plan.
0 2 7·8 Crown land; coloured light sepia, bordered dark sepia, on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 145158 (S.O. 11803) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 28th day of July 1962.

All that piece of land containing 7 perches situated in Block XIII, Hawkswood Survey District, Canterbury R.D., being Crown land (formerly railway land); as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 5095 (S.O. 9671) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes, subject to the building-line restriction imposed by notice No. 450029, Canterbury Land Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of August 1962.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of Crown land containing 25·1 perches situated in Block X, Christchurch Survey District, being Lot 125, D.P. 21904, being part Reserve 93. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 411, folio 64, Canterbury Land Registry.
