Declaring Land to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the lands described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land and to be subject to the Land Act 1948.

GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land described as follows:

4,249 1 30 Lots 1, 2, and 3, D.P. 4915, being parts of Mangatu No. 1 Block, and parts of subdivisions 3, 6, 13, 17, and 18 of Mangatu No. 1, situated in Blocks XI, XII, XV, and XVI, Arowhana Survey District. Part certificate of title, Volume 127, folio 22.

4,272 1 30 Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 4916, being parts of Mangatu No. 1 Block, and parts of subdivisions 3, 6, and 7 of Mangatu No. 1 Block, situated in Blocks XV and XVI, Arowhana Survey District, and Blocks III and IV, Mangatu Survey District. Balance certificate of title, Volume 127, folio 22.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway.

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for post office purposes (V.H.F. station); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of August 1962.


SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of Crown land situated in Block IV, Gorge Survey District, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
0 2 25·3 Part Section 10; coloured sepia on plan.
0 2 21·3 Part Section 11; coloured orange on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 5351 (S.O. 25307) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
