Change of the Purpose of Part of a Reserve and Vesting in the
Waikato Hospital Board

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby changes the purpose of that part of the
reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for
police purposes to a reserve for hospital purposes; and, further,
vests the said reserve in the Waikato Hospital Board, in
trust, for hospital purposes.
