SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that portion of road situated in Block XIV, Whakamaru Survey District, Taupo County, commencing at a public road at the south-eastern corner of Section 7 of the aforesaid Block XIV, and proceeding thence in a southerly direction generally for a distance of approximately 11 chains and terminating at the northern boundary of Section 21 of the aforesaid Block XIV.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 4575 (S.O. 41156) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked A-B.

The Eastern Side of Portion of Nicholas Street in the City of Auckland Exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928, Subject to a Condition as to the Building Line

At the Government House at Wellington this 24th day of January 1962
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby approves of the resolution passed by the Auckland City Council on the 13th day of November 1961 and set out in the First Schedule hereto, in so far as it affects the side and portion of the street described in the Second Schedule hereto, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on a subdivision of the said land within a distance of 20 ft from the centre line of the said portion of street.
FIRST SCHEDULE
THE Auckland City Council being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Auckland, by resolution declares that the provisions of section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928 shall not apply to the eastern side of Nicholas Street fronting Lots 13, 14, and part 15, D.P. 1968, being part Allotments 25, 26, and 27, of Section 40, City of Auckland, comprised in certificate of title, Volume 101, folio 246, and more particularly shown coloured red on plan No. 2768/3.
SECOND SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
THE eastern side of all that portion of Nicholas Street in the City of Auckland, fronting Lots 13, 14, and part Lot 15, D.P. 1968, being part Allotments 25, 26, and 27, Section 40, City of Auckland.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 4392 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Authorising the Laying Off of a street off Tremaine Avenue in the City of Palmerston North

COBHAM, Governor-General ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington this 17th day of January 1962
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Palmerston North City Council to permit the laying off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width for part of its length of less than 66 ft, but not less than 45 ft.

SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
THAT proposed street in the City of Palmerston North containing by admeasurement 2 roods 12·94 perches, more or less, being part Section 421, Town of Palmerston North, being also part Lot 1, D.P. 1678; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 4563 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Cancelling a Condition Setting Back the Building Line of Cornelius, Sylvanus, and Wynyard Streets in the City of Christchurch, Imposed by Order in Council under Section 31 of the Municipal Corporations Amendment Act 1948 and Section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928

PURSUANT to section 131 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby cancels the condition as to building line imposed by Order in Council No. 318275, Canterbury Land Registry.

PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become Government road.
