A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, that road being no longer required.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of road situated in Block X, Waitemata Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

PURSUANT to section 175 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Auckland Harbour Board to reclaim from the sea at Harania Creek, Manukau Harbour, the land edged mauve, cross hatched, on plan marked M.D. 11079 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington.

Amending Order in Council Granting Control of Part of the Foreshore at Waitarere to the Waitarere Domain Board

At the Government House at Wellington this 17th day of January 1962

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby amends the Order in Council of 18 January 1956, published in the Gazette of 26 January 1956, page 65, granting control of part of the foreshore at Waitarere to the Waitarere Domain Board, by revoking the First Schedule and substituting the following:

"FIRST SCHEDULE

"All that portion of the foreshore in Horowhenua County commencing from a point 15 chains northward of the mouth of the Wairarawa Stream and extending generally southward a distance of 65 chains."
