In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of Lisette Model Hats Ltd.
NOTICE is hereby given that on the 18th day of June 1962 the following extraordinary resolution was passed by the above-named company, namely:
“(1) That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up, and that the company be wound up voluntarily.
“(2) That the Official Assignee at Masterton be and is hereby appointed provisional liquidator of the company.”
And further notice is hereby given that at a meeting of creditors of the above-named company, held on the 28th day of June 1962, Geoffrey Hastings Salt, of Masterton, public accountant, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company.

  2. Indemnifying liquidator against any act done or to be done by him in good faith.

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named League by the Supreme Court was, on the 17th day of July 1962, presented to the said Court by William Henry Dustin, of Wanganui, storekeeper; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court at Wanganui on the 24th day of August 1962 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor, bondholder, or member of the said League desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor, bondholder, or member of the said League requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
