A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a university; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 30th day of July 1962.

All that piece of land containing 1 rood 17 perches situated in Block VIII, Rangitoto Survey District, City of Auckland, Auckland R.D., and being Allotment 19 of Section 10, City of Auckland. All certificate of title, Volume 599, folio 25, Auckland Land Registry (limited as to parcels).

Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for a University in the City of Auckland

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen under and by virtue of lease No. 163, Auckland Land Registry, is hereby taken for a university; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 30th day of July 1962.

All that piece of land containing 27·17 perches situated in Block VIII, Rangitoto Survey District, City of Auckland, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotments 1, 2, and 9, Section 34, City of Auckland, being more particularly shown on D.P. 4346. Land and an Easement Over Land Taken for a Public School in the Borough of Tuakau

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto is hereby taken for a public school, and that an easement is hereby taken for the purpose of a public school over the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen the full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to lay, construct, place, reconstruct, inspect, cleanse, repair, renew, and maintain a line of pipes under, along, and across the said land, and to use the said line of pipes for the unimpeded conveyance of storm water, such easement to be held appurtenant to the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 30th day of July 1962.
