Crown Land Set Apart, Subject to Certain Rights, for Transport Purposes (Vehicle Testing Station) in Block VIII, Waitemata Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart, subject to the drainage easement created in and by memorandum of transfer No. 583503 and to the building-line restriction contained in K. 57872, Auckland Land Registry, for transport purposes (vehicle testing station); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 30th day of July 1962.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 38·7 perches situated in Block VIII, Waitemata Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 6, D.P. 44730. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 1365, folio 40, Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 13th day of July 1962.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto, now held for better utilisation, that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, now held for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of the Wellington-Foxton Motorway, and that the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, now held for railway, is hereby set apart for the Wellington-Foxton motorway.

THIRD SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land situated in the City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., containing 17·9 perches, being part land in the Wellington-Johnsonville railway; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 4659 (S.O. 24774), deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured and edged blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 11th day of July 1962.
