NOTICE is hereby given that Kemsley and Co. Proprietary Ltd. intends to cease to have a place of business in New Zealand after 31 October 1962.
The business heretofore carried on in New Zealand by Kemsley and Co. Proprietary Ltd. will henceforth be carried on by Kemsley and Co. (N.Z.) Ltd. at the same address, 72-82 Taranaki Street, Wellington.

WAIPUKURAU BOROUGH COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND IN THE BOROUGH OF WAIPUKURAU
In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Waipukurau Borough Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Act, to execute a certain public work, namely, the construction of a service lane connecting Herbert and Northumberland Streets in the Borough of Waipukurau, for which purpose the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken by the Council under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928.
A plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited and is available for inspection, free of charge, during ordinary office hours at the offices of the Waipukurau Borough Council in Northumberland Street, Waipukurau.
All persons affected are called upon to set forth in writing any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of such land and to send such writing within 40 days from the first publication of this notice to the Waipukurau Borough Council.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
In the matter of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and in the matter of the Public Works Act 1928.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Masterton Borough Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public work, namely, the taking for a service lane of that part of Cricket Street in the Borough of Masterton, coloured blue and grey on the plan hereinafter referred to, and the taking for a street of that part of the said street, coloured yellow on the said plan; and for the purposes of such public work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken.
And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk to the said Council, situate in Chapel Street, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of such lands who have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said lands must state their objections in writing and send the same within 40 days from the first publication of this notice to the Town Clerk at the Council Chambers, Chapel Street.

WAIUKU DISTRICT SCHEME
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
Public Notification of Proposed Change
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a resolution of the Waiuku Borough Council made on the 11th day of June 1962, a change to the district scheme has been recommended for approval under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953. The change is listed in the Schedule hereto.
The change has been deposited in the office of the Waiuku Borough Council, Queen Street, Waiuku, and at the Public Library, and is there open for inspection, without fee, to all persons interested therein at any time when the above places are open to the public.
Objections to the proposed change or any part thereof shall be in writing in form E prescribed in the First Schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, and shall be lodged at the office of the Council at any time not later than 20 August 1962. (A suitable form for the use of objectors is available from the Council offices.)
At a later date every objection will be open for public inspection, and any person who wishes to support or oppose any objection will be entitled to be heard at the hearing of objections if he notifies the Town Clerk in writing within the period of which public notice will be given.
