HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby sets apart the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a meeting place, building site, and marae for the common use and benefit of the members of the Ngatitupaea and Ngatitanewai tribes.

This order may be cited as the Waikato Savings Bank Order 1959, Amendment No. 3, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Waikato Savings Bank Order 1959* (hereinafter referred to as the principal order).

(1) The principal order is hereby amended by revoking clause 11 (as substituted by clause 2 of the Waikato Savings Bank Order 1959, Amendment No. 1).
(2) The following orders are hereby consequentially revoked:

PURSUANT to the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section 43 of the State Advances Corporation Act 1936, His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of New Zealand, hereby appoints
Hugh Beattie, Esquire, of Christchurch, Public Accountant, and
Duncan Sandford Cox, Esquire, of Auckland, Public Accountant,
to be the auditors of the State Advances Corporation of New Zealand to hold office for a term of two years commencing on the 1st day of July 1962.

PURSUANT to the Navy Act 1954, His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to approve the following appointments, promotions, and terminations of appointment in the Royal New Zealand Naval Volunteer Reserve.

Temporary Sub-Lieutenant (Sp) A. R. Mudford, appointment terminated on ceasing duty with Sea Cadet Corps, 26 April 1962.
Lieutenant (E) John Forrest Allen, R.N. (Retd.), entered as Lieutenant (E) with seniority of 8 April 1954 and appointed HMNZS Pegasus 4 April 1962. Promoted to Lieutenant-Commander (E) 8 April 1962.
