A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by an order dated the 30th day of March 1962 to be road.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre 2 roods 23·4 perches situated in Block X, Rangitaiki Upper Survey District, being Omataroa part Z Block, as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 5565 (M.L. 18406) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 25th day of June 1962.

Declaring Lands in North Auckland, Gisborne and Southland Land Districts Vested in the Auckland, Hawke's Bay, and Southland Education Boards as Sites for Public Schools to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Auckland Education Board, the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Hawke's Bay Education Board, and the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Southland Education Board, as sites for public schools, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
PART Allotment 46, Ruapekapeka Parish, situated in Block XII, Kawakawa Survey District: Area, 4 acres and 0·1 perches, more or less. Pursuant to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become Government road.

Pursuant to section 439 (5) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby revokes the Order in Council made on 24 March 1958 and published in the Gazette, 2 April 1958, Volume I, page 417, and affecting the Maori freehold land known as Paremata Mokau A 7A Block (part) in Block III, Whangaruru Survey District, North Auckland Land District.
