COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a secondary school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 9th day of July 1962.

SCHEDULE

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XV, Rangiora Survey District, Canterbury R.D., described as follows:

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject as to Lot 5, D.P. 40734, to the water drainage easement created in and by memorandum of transfer No. 531704, Auckland Land Registry, for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 9th day of July 1962.
