Declaring Land to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the lands described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land and to be subject to the Land Act 1948.

Gisborne LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land described as follows:

18,253 0 0 Paharakeke Block, situated in Block XIV, Waioeka South Survey District, Blocks I, II, V, VI, IX, and X, Koranga West Survey District, and Block XII, Ruatahuna Survey District. (M.L. Plans 3306 and 3307.)
19,667 0 0 Part Manuoha Block, situated in Block IX, X, XIII, and XIV, Koranga West Survey District, Block XII and XVI, Ruatahuna Survey District, and Block IV, Waikaremoana West Survey District.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 7/957 deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 26th day of June 1962.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown Land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 9th day of July 1962.

ALL those pieces of Crown land situated in Block III, Ellesmere Survey District, Canterbury R.D., described as follows:

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 9th day of July 1962.

South Auckland LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of Crown land containing 6·4 perches, being part Section 31, Block VII, Awakino North Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 5509 (S.O. 41420) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 26th day of June 1962.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 9th day of July 1962.

Taranaki LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 11 acres and 14·9 perches situated in Block I, Ngaere Survey District, Borough of Stratford, Taranaki R.D., and being Lot 2A and part Lot 1A, D.P. 3284, being Section 45 and part Sections 43 and 44; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 5579 (S.O. 9318) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 25th day of June 1962.
