A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, that road being no longer required.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of road containing 12·8 perches situated in Block XIII, Ohinewairua Survey District, Wellington R.D., being road by Proclamation No. 515080, being formerly part Lot 3, D.P. 3163, being part Awarua 4A 3C 7A; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 4217 (S.O. 25094) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia, edged sepia.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 8th day of November 1960 and published in Gazette, 10 November 1960, Volume III, page 1764, taking land for a teacher’s residence in Block X, Mapara Survey District, Taranaki Land District.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 19th day of June 1962.

Declaring Land in North Auckland Land District Vested in the Auckland Education Board as a Site for a Public School to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto being an area vested in the Auckland Education Board as a site for a public school shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Southland Education Board as a site for a public school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

Land Set Apart as Provisional State Forest Declared to be Subject to the Land Act 1948

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 19 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, acting on the joint recommendation of the Minister of Lands and of the Minister of Forests, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being a provisional State forest reserve set apart by Proclamation dated the 30th day of September 1955, and published in Gazette, 6 October 1955, Volume III, page 1596, is required for settlement purposes; and in accordance with the provisions of the said Act such land shall, from and after the day of gazetting hereof, cease to be provisional State forest land and shall become Crown land available for sale, lease, reservation, or other disposition under the provisions of the Land Act 1948.
