BOROUGH OF MOSGIEL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

In the matter of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and of the Public Works Act 1928.

Notice is hereby given that the Mosgiel Borough Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public work, namely, provision for street widening on the northern side of Factory Road in the Borough of Mosgiel between a point opposite the vicinity of Morrison Street and Elgin Place and on the southern side of Factory Road in the Borough of Mosgiel between Church Street and the Borough boundary; and for the purposes of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk to the said Council, situated at No. 99 Gordon Road, Mosgiel, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.

All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of such land must state their objections in writing and send same, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, to the office of the Mosgiel Borough Council at the Council Chambers, 99 Gordon Road, Mosgiel.

ADMINISTRATION ACT 1952

In the matter of the Administration Act 1952 and its amendments and in the matter of the estate of Albert Griffiths, late of Morrinsville, contractor, but now deceased.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Public Trustee of New Zealand, on the 12th day of June 1962, filed a certificate in the Supreme Court at Hamilton election to administer the above-mentioned estate under Part IV of the Administration Act 1952, and that the said estate will, as from the said date, be administered, realised, and distributed in accordance with the law and practice of bankruptcy.

I do hereby summon a meeting of creditors of the above estate to be held at the office of Mr Reg Pickett, Main Street, Morrinsville, on the 20th day of June 1962 at 10.30 o'clock in the forenoon.

All creditors, whether they have already submitted their claims or not, are required to prove their debts within the time and in the manner provided by the Bankruptcy Act 1908. Proof of debt forms may be procured at my office.

MOUNT ALBERT BOROUGH COUNCIL

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953

Change of Borough of Mount Albert District Scheme

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a resolution of the Council made on 12 June 1962, the Council has recommended that the operative district scheme be changed in respect of the matters listed in the Schedule hereto.

The changes of the district scheme, as now recommended by Council, have been deposited in the offices of the Mount Albert Borough Council, 615 New North Road, Mount Albert, and are there open for inspection by all persons interested therein, without fee, at any time when the offices are open to the public.

Objection to the proposed changes of the district scheme may be made by way of written notice in Form E prescribed in the First Schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, or to the like effect marked "objection to scheme change", and lodged at the office of the Council at any time not later than 6 August 1962. An appropriate form for use of objectors is available from the Council offices.
