boundaries of Allotments 83, 82, 81, and 80, Kawakawa Parish, to and along the end of the said road and along the north-eastern boundary of Allotment 136, Kawakawa Parish, to and north-easterly generally along the north-western boundaries of Lots 3, 2, and 1, D.P. 33146, and Lot 3, D.P. 30469, and along the southern boundary of Lot 3, L.T. 8625, to and along the south-eastern and north-eastern boundaries of Lot 5c, L.T. 8544, and along the generally north-eastern boundaries of Lot 7, D.P. 39381, to its north-western corner in Block VI, Kawakawa Survey District; thence along a right line across Pahia Road to and along the eastern boundary of Lot 5, D.P. 39381, and along the generally eastern boundary of Waihi Tapu Block and its production to the middle of the Waitangi River, the point of commencement.
BOUNDARIES OF PAKARAKA RIDING
All that area in the North Auckland Land District, Bay of Islands County, bounded by a line commencing at the confluence of the Waitangi River with the Waiaruhe River in Block VI, Kawakawa Survey District, and proceeding north-easterly generally along the southern boundary of Kerikeri Riding as hereinbefore described to and southerly generally along the western boundary of Waitangi Riding as hereinbefore described to the northernmost corner of Allotment 136, Kawakawa Parish, in Block X, Kawakawa Survey District; thence still southerly generally along the western boundary of Kawakawa Parish to and up the middle of the Waiharaheke Stream to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of part Motatau 1E, 4, in Block XIV, Kawakawa Survey District; thence along a right line to and along the north-eastern and north-western boundaries of the said part 1E 4, crossing an intervening public road, to and south-westerly generally along the north-western boundaries of parts Motatau 1E 6 and 1E 4 and Motatau 1E 3 and 1E 1C, to and along the north-eastern boundary of Motatau 1A 4, the north-eastern and north-western boundaries of Motatau 1A 3, and the generally northern boundaries of Motatau 1A 2B, 1A 2A, and 1A 1D, crossing the intervening Otiria-Kaikohe Railway and the last-mentioned boundary produced to and up the middle of the Orauta Stream to a point in line with the eastern boundary of part Section 2, Block I, Motatau Survey District; thence along a right line to and along that eastern boundary and along the eastern, northern, and western boundaries of part Section 1, Block I, aforesaid, and along the western boundaries of parts Sections 2 and 3 and the north-western boundaries of parts Sections 8 and 7, all the aforesaid sections being of Block I aforesaid, crossing the intervening Tautoro-Otiria Road, to and along the generally southern boundary of Motatau 3P, to and north-westerly generally along the north-eastern boundaries of Sections 13 and 14, Block IV, Punakitere Survey District, along the south-western and north-western boundaries to Otutaraou Block shown on D.P. 15742, the western boundary of Waiparaheka Block, to and along the southern and north-western boundaries of Tuwhakino Block as shown on M.L. 2624, to and along the south-western boundary of part Section 5, Block XVI, Omapere Survey District, and that boundary produced to the middle of State Highway No. 12; thence north-easterly generally along the boundary of Waimate Riding as hereinbefore described to the point of commencement.
BOUNDARIES OF MATARAU RIDING
All that area in the North Auckland Land District, Bay of Islands County, bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the Bay of Islands County as described in Gazette 1954, page 287, with the northern boundary of Section 2, Block XIV, Omapere Survey District, and proceeding easterly generally along the southern boundary of Okaihau Riding as hereinbefore described to the western side of the Okaihau-Kawakawa Railway in Block XI, Omapere Survey District; thence southerly generally along the western side of the said railway to and along the boundary of the Borough of Kaikohe as described in Gazette 1947, page 781, and again along the western side of the aforesaid railway, to and down the middle of the Te Totara Stream to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Kohewhata 65A in Block III, Punakitere Survey District; thence still southerly generally along a right line, to and along the north-eastern boundary of the said Kohewhata 65A, to and along the eastern and southern boundaries of Rangihamaha H 1, along a right line across a road line, to and along the generally southern boundaries of Rangihamaha H 2B, H 2A, and part G, to and along the south-western boundary of Tuhuna 39, to and along the north-western and south-western boundaries of Tuhuna 38A, to and down the middle of the Te Ohuka Stream and up the middle of the Mangakohara Stream, to and along the south-western boundaries of Otuhi 1B 1A and 1B 2, crossing an intervening public road and the last-mentioned boundary produced to and down the middle of the Waiotuhi Stream to a point in line with the south-western boundary of part Otuhi 1B, 4B, 2B; thence along a right line to and along that south-western boundary and the south-western boundary of Otuhi 1B 4B 1, crossing two intervening public roads, to and along the western and southern sides of the Okaihau-Kawakawa Railway, to and still southerly generally along the middle of the Kaikohe-Maungatapere Road to its intersection with the boundary of Bay of Islands County in Block IV, Tutamoe Survey District; thence westerly and northerly generally along the southern and western boundaries of Bay of Islands County as described in Gazette 1954, page 287, to the point of commencement.
BOUNDARIES OF TAUTORO RIDING
All that area in the North Auckland Land District, Bay of Islands County, bounded by a line commencing on the shores of Omapere Lake being the northernmost corner of part Taraire 2A B in Block XI, Omapere Survey District, and proceeding south-easterly generally along the south-western boundary of Waimate Riding as hereinbefore described and along the southern boundary of Pakaraka Riding as hereinbefore described to the middle of the Waiharaheke Stream in Block XIV, Kawakawa Survey District; thence up the middle of the said stream to a point in line with the south-western boundary of Motatau 2, Section 13, shown on D.P. 7583, in Block II, Motatau Survey District; thence southerly generally along a right line across a public road, to and along that south-western boundary, the south-western and western boundaries of Motatau 2, Section 15, shown on D.P. 7583, and the western and south-western boundaries of Motatau 2, Section 17, shown on D.P. 7585, along a right line across a public road to and along the north-eastern boundary of Motatau 1C 3F and that boundary produced to and up the middle of the Otai Stream to a point in line with the generally western boundary of Motatau 59C in Block XI, Motatau Survey District; thence along a right line to and along that western boundary and the western boundary of Motatau 59D shown on D.P. 7587, to and along the western boundary of Maromaku Block, to and westerly generally along the southern boundary of the Bay of Islands County as described in Gazette 1954, page 287, to and northerly generally along the eastern boundary of Matarau Riding as hereinbefore described, to and easterly generally along the southern boundary of Okaihau Riding as hereinbefore described to the point of commencement.
BOUNDARIES OF KAWAKAWA RIDING
All that area in the North Auckland Land District, Bay of Islands County, bounded by a line commencing at the northernmost corner of Allotment 136, Kawakawa Parish, in Block X, Kawakawa Survey District, and proceeding easterly generally along the southern boundary of Waitangi Riding as hereinbefore described to and south-easterly generally along the south-western boundary of Russell Riding as hereinbefore described to the middle of Owaе Road in Block XIV, Russell Survey District; thence south-westerly generally along the middle of that road and along the middle of another public road forming the north-western boundaries of Sections 7 and 14, Block XIV, aforesaid and Allotment 106, Ruapekapeka Parish, to a point in line with the north-western boundary of the said Allotment 106; thence along a right line to and along that north-western boundary and along the right bank of the Tirohanga Stream to a point in line with the western boundary of Allotment 134, Ruapekapeka Parish; thence along a right line across the said stream, along the end of a public road, to and along the aforesaid western boundary, to and along the northern boundaries of Allotments 88, 87, and 86, Ruapekapeka Parish, along the western boundary of the said Allotment 86 and that boundary produced across a public road to its southern side in Block I, Hukerenui Survey District; thence along that southern roadside and along the southern side of a public road forming the northern boundary of part Mohinui 9, shown on D.P. 14011, to and along the north-western boundary of part Section 10, Block I, aforesaid, along a right line across a public road and along the north-western boundary of another part of Section 10, to and along the northern and north-western boundaries of Section 1, Block IV, Motatau Survey District, and its production to the western side of State Highway No. 1; thence along that western roadside, to and along the northern and western boundaries of part Section 7, Block IV, aforesaid, to and along the western boundaries of Sections 38 and 39, Block VIII, Motatau Survey District, crossing the intervening Opua-Whangarei Railway, to and along the northern side of Opahi Road, crossing the intervening Opua-Whangarei Railway, to and southerly along its western side, to and northerly along the western boundary of Section 14, Block VIII, aforesaid, to and again southerly generally down the middle of the Ramarama Stream to a point in line with the north-western boundary of Motatau 2 No. 31A; thence along a right line, to and along that north-western boundary and along the north-eastern boundary of Motatau 2, Section 56, to the southern side of Martins Road and due north to and along the northern side of that road to a point in line with the north-western boundary of Motatau 2, Section 55; thence south-westerly generally along the north-western boundaries of Motatau 2, Sections 55 and 58, shown on D.P. 7585, and the last-mentioned boundary produced to the middle of the Otai Stream in Block VII, Motatau Survey District; thence northerly generally along the eastern boundary of Tautoro Riding as hereinbefore described, to and along the eastern boundary of Pakaraka Riding as hereinbefore described to the point of commencement.
BOUNDARIES OF TOWAI RIDING
All that area in the North Auckland Land District, Bay of Islands County, bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of Russell Riding with the Bay of Islands County in Block XV, Russell Survey District, and proceeding south-westerly generally along that county boundary as described in Gazette 1954, page 287, to and northerly and north-easterly generally along the boundaries of Tautoro and Kawakawa Ridings as hereinbefore described, to and south-easterly along the boundary of the said Russell Riding as hereinbefore described to the point of commencement.
