COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I,
Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of
New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the
Schedule hereto to be Crown land and to be subject to the
Land Act 1948.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 340 acres 2 roods 13 perches,
more or less, being the land known as Waiwhatawhata A
situated in Blocks VII, VIII, and IX, Hokianga Survey
District.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 13th day of June 1962.

Crown Land Set Apart for Railway Purposes at Gore

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 25th day of June 1962.
SCHEDULE
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 28·6 perches situated in
Block LXX, Hokonui Survey District, being Lot 8, D.P. 5668,
being also part Section 35.
