NAPIER CITY COUNCIL
THE Napier City Council resolves that:
(a) The Napier City Council shall consist of 12 Councillors exclusive of the Mayor.
(b) The increase in the number of Councillors made pursuant to the special order shall take effect at the general election of members of the Napier City Council to be held on 13 October 1962, except in so far and to such extent as may be necessary for providing for that election.

COMMITTEE OF INQUIRY-AIRPORT AND AIRWAYS DUES
THE Committee of Inquiry which has been appointed in terms of the Civil Aviation Amendment Act 1961 hereby notifies all interested parties that public hearings will be conducted as under:
Place-Conference room, third floor, Government Life Insurance Building, Customhouse Quay, Wellington.
Dates-From Tuesday, 3 July, to Friday, 6 July, inclusive, and from Monday, 23 July, to Friday, 27 July, inclusive, commencing at 10.15 a.m. each day.
The committee's Terms of Reference may be seen at the regional offices of the Civil Aviation Administration at Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch, or copies may be obtained from the secretary.
Those wishing to make submissions to the committee must notify the secretary of their intention to do so not later than Friday, 22 June. The notification should state whether the submission is to be presented in person or mailed.
All submissions must be in writing and 10 copies must be handed to the secretary prior to any hearing. The submissions may be made in person or merely by forwarding the written copies for consideration. Mailed submissions should be in the hands of the secretary by Monday, 2 July.
Persons who have notified their intention to present submissions personally will be advised of the date they will be required to attend.

THE INDUSTRIAL AND PROVIDENT SOCIETIES ACT 1908, SECTION 15 (c) (v)
NOTICE is hereby given that at the expiration of three months from this date the name of the under-mentioned Industrial and Provident Society will, unless cause is shown to the contrary, be struck off the Register and the society be dissolved:

ADMINISTRATION ACT 1952
In the matter of the Administration Act 1952 and its amendments and in the matter of the estate of Vera Davis (also known as Vera Sage), late of Whangamata, but now deceased.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Public Trustee of New Zealand, on the 25th day of May 1962, filed a certificate in the Supreme Court at Auckland electing to administer the abovementioned estate under Part IV of the Administration Act 1952, and that the said estate will, as from the said date, be administered, realised, and distributed in accordance with the law and practice of bankruptcy.
I do hereby summon a meeting of creditors of the above estate to be held at the Public Trust Office, Te Aroha, on the 7th day of June 1962, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon.
All creditors, whether they have already submitted their claims or not, are required to prove their debts within the time and in the manner provided by the Bankruptcy Act 1908. Proof of debt forms may be procured at my office.

ADVERTISEMENT OF CANCELLING
NOTICE is hereby given that the Registrar of Friendly Societies has, pursuant to section 70 of the Friendly Societies Act 1909, by writing under his hand this 29th day of May 1962, cancelled the registry of Kowhai Rebekah Lodge No. 23 of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows of New Zealand Friendly Society (Register No. 146/148), held at Feilding, on the ground that the said branch has ceased to exist.

The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening of each week, and notices for insertion must be received by the Government Printer before 12 o'clock of the day preceding publication.
Advertisements are charged at the rate of 9d. per line for the first insertion and 6d. per line for the second and any subsequent insertions.
The number of insertions required must be written across the face of the advertisement.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the paper, and signatures, etc., should be written in a legible hand.
STATUTORY REGULATIONS
Under the Regulations Act 1936, statutory regulations of general legislative force are no longer published in the New Zealand Gazette, but are supplied under any one or more of the following arrangements:
(1) All regulations serially as issued (punched for filing) subscription Β£2 per calendar year in advance.
(2) Annual volume (including index) bound in buckram, 35s. per volume. (Volumes for years 1936-37 and 1939-42 are out of print.)
(3) Separate regulations as issued.
