SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS

  1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
  2. The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of May 1962.
  3. The premium payable by the licensee shall be five pounds (£5) and the annual sum so payable three pounds (£3).

National Roads Board—Notice Concerning Delegation of Board’s Duty in Respect of Middle Lines on State Highways

It is hereby notified that pursuant to section 16 of the National Roads Act 1953 the Board has by resolution dated the 9th day of May 1962 delegated to the District Commissioner of Works in each district its duty in respect of marking longitudinal middle lines on State highways in the district under his jurisdiction in terms of regulation 8 of the Traffic Regulations 1956, such markings to be in compliance with the standards from time to time specified by the Board.

The Standards Act 1941—Draft Amendment to the New Zealand Standard Specification for Safety Requirements for Electric Fires (N.Z.S.S. 1240 : 1957)

PURSUANT to subsection (3) of section 8 of the Standards Act 1941, notice is hereby given that the above draft amendment is being circulated under the reference No. D. 6986.

Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 (Waikato Development Scheme)

PURSUANT to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares that on the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette the land described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the said land being so subject by virtue of a notice dated 29 January 1940 and published in the Gazette, 1 February 1940, Volume I, page 147.
