Appointing a Member of the Town and Country Planning
Appeal Board
COBHAM, Governor-General
PURSUANT to section 39 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1953, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby appoint
John William Kealy, Esquire,
of Auckland, Stipendiary Magistrate, being a Barrister and
Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, to be a
member of the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board
from and including the 4th day of May 1962, to fill the
vacancy occasioned by the resignation of Frank Felix Reid,
Esquire, of Christchurch, from the Board, and I also hereby
appoint the said John William Kealy as Chairman of the
Board.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
this 29th day of May 1962.
