A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land
described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby pro-
claim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule
hereto; and also hereby take the land described in the Third
Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the
said section 29.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act,
1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land
described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby pro-
claim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule
hereto; and also hereby proclaim as closed the road described
in the Third Schedule hereto, and declare that the said road
when so closed shall vest in Haynes and Sharpe Ltd., a
company duly incorporated under the Companies Act 1955
and having its registered office in Dunedin.
