Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a recreation ground and
shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the
County of Golden Bay as from the date hereinafter mentioned;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 21st day of May 1962.

All that piece of land containing 1 acre 1 rood situated in
Block III, Totaranui Survey District, Nelson R.D., being part

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I,
Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of
New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land
described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication
hereof in the Gazette, become a road, and that the road shall
be under the control of the National Roads Board and shall
be maintained by the said Board in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Board.

All that piece of land containing 1 rood 5·7 perches situated
in Block I, Hokonui Survey District, Southland R.D., being
