A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, together with and subject to the rights of way created by memorandum of transfer No. 99042, Wellington Land Registry, for soil conservation and river control purposes and shall vest in the Manawatu Catchment Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of May 1962.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that an easement is hereby taken for post office purposes over the land described in the First Schedule hereto vesting in Her Majesty the Queen the full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to construct and use a right of way, with the rights for herself, her servants, agents, workmen, licensees, and invitees from time to time and at all times by day and night to go, pass, and re-pass, with or without horses and domestic animals of any kind and with or without carriages, vehicles, motor vehicles, machinery, and implements of any kind, over and along the said land, and to maintain, repair, and keep open the said right of way, and that such right of way shall be held appurtenant to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of May 1962.
FIRST SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 0·4 perches situated in Block VI, Rangitoto Survey District, City of Takapuna, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 3, D.P. 20819, being part Allotment 81, Parish of Takapuna; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 5262 (S.O. 43445) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the interest in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Northcote under and by virtue of deferred payment licence, part Volume 1393, folio 38 (Auckland Land Registry), is hereby taken, together with and subject to the grants of right of way created in and by leases Nos. 27517, 27518, 27519, 27904, 28805, and 29337, Auckland Land Registry, for a post office; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of May 1962.
