A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the portions of public reserve described in the Schedule hereto are hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of January 1962.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block IX, Wakamarina Survey District, Marlborough R.D., described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
0 0 37·6} Parts Section 22.
0 3 22·2}
1 1 17·5 Part Sections 22 and 31.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 4565 (S.O. 4521) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 16th day of January 1962.

A PROCLAMATION

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto was taken for a pleasure ground and vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Takapuna by a Proclamation dated 31 October 1949 and published in Gazette, 3 November 1949, Volume III, page 2523:

Now, therefore, pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1952, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the said land is hereby set apart as from the 22nd day of Januray 1962 for street.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block III, Rangitoto Survey District, City of Takapuna, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
0 0 7·2 Part Lot 4, D.P. 1381, being part Allotment 86, Parish of Takapuna; coloured yellow, edged yellow, on plan.
0 0 6 Part Lot 3, D.P. 1381, being part Allotment 86, Parish of Takapuna; coloured yellow on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 4448 (S.O. 42545) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Land Held for the Purpose of a Main Drain in the City of Napier Set Apart for Street

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto was taken for the purpose of a main drain and vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Napier by a Proclamation dated 11 May 1951 and published in Gazette, 17 May 1951, Volume II, page 665.

Now therefore, pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1952, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the said land is hereby set apart as from the 22nd day of January 1962 for street.

SCHEDULE

HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 21·08 perches, situated in the City of Napier, Hawke’s Bay R.D., and being Lot 2, D.P. 10418, being part of Section 27, Block IV, Heretaunga Survey District. Part certificate of title, H.B. Volume 200, folio 79, and part of the land in Proclamation 97691 (Hawke’s Bay Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 5th day of January 1962.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, subject to K. 61925, Auckland Land Registry, certifying the existence of a line of pipes for sewage, is hereby set apart for better utilisation; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of January 1962.
