Notice Calling Final Meeting
In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter
of Reliance Finance Ltd. (in liquidation).
NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 281 of the
Companies Act 1955; that a general meeting of the above-
named company will be held at 37A Fort Street, Auckland, on
Friday, the 1st day of June 1962, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon,
for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing
how the winding up has been conducted and the property of
the company has been disposed of, and to receive any explana-
tion thereof by the liquidator.
Further Business:
To consider and, if thought fit, to pass the following resolu-
tion as an extraordinary resolution, namely:
"That the books and papers of the company be kept by the
liquidator for disposal after the statutory period has elapsed."
Every member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is
entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him.
A proxy need not also be a member.

that the company go into voluntary liquidation and that Alan
Vernon Berry and Harold Edgar Edgley be appointed joint

the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the
19th day of April 1962, presented to the said Court by Leigh-
ton's Ltd., a duly incorporated company carrying on business
at Auckland and elsewhere as stationers; and that the said
petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at
Auckland on the 25th day of May 1962 at 10 o'clock in the
forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said com-
pany desirous to support or oppose the making of an order
on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in

tinue its business and that it is advisable to wind up, and
that the company be wound up voluntarily; and that a meeting
of the creditors of the company will be held, pursuant to
section 284 of the Companies Act 1955, at the Council Cham-

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP
It is hereby notified that the partnership existing between Noel
Henry Goodhue, of Whangarei, boot repairer, and Frank
Thackeray, of Whangarei, boot repairer, for the purpose of
carrying on business as boot and shoe repairers, repairers and
manufacturers of boots, shoes, and leather goods of all and
every kind, wholesalers and retailers of leather goods and
equipment of all and every kind at Vine Street, Whangarei,
has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 31st day
of March 1962. The business will be carried on as from that
date by the said Noel Henry Goodhue on his own account.
