A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

All those pieces of land situated in Block III, Opouawe Survey District, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

All that piece of road containing 6 acres 3 roods 4 perches situated in Block I, Otamatakau Survey District, Otago R.D., adjoining Run 243E Riverbed and Section 4; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 5226 (S.O. 13054) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 25th day of October 1961, published in Gazette, 2 November 1961, No. 70, at page 1685, and registered as No. 36100, Marlborough Land Registry, taking land for Maori housing purposes in Blocks VIII and XII, Linkwater Survey District, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of May 1962.

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 22Β·5 perches situated in Block VIII, Linkwater Survey District, Marlborough R.D., being accretion to part Section 2A, Waikawa Village Maori Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 4065 (S.O. 4548) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured grey.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the lands described in the First and Second Schedules hereto being areas vested in the Auckland Education Board as sites for public schools, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.
FIRST SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
Part Section 52, City of Auckland, situated in Block XVI, Waitemata Survey District: Area, 2 acres 3 roods 36 perches, more or less. All Deeds Index, Volume 9A, folio 502.
