Approximate total area of roads to be closed and vested in Her Majesty: 30 acres 3 roods 30 perches being road adjoining the northern boundaries of Suburban Sections 1, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, and 16; road adjoining the southern boundaries of Suburban Sections 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, and 15; road adjoining the Western boundaries of Suburban Sections 27, 25, 23, 21, 19, and 17, the south-eastern boundaries of Suburban Sections 17, 18, and 20 and the eastern boundaries of Suburban Sections 20, 22, 24, 26, and 29; North Street, John Street, Bay Street, Dorna Street, Dilla Street, and South Street; that part of Caples Street from North Street to the north-eastern side of Camp Street produced and that part of Caples Street from the south-western side of Camp Street produced to South Street.
