As the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked and coloured as above mentioned and deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the road described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby closed and added to land now held for State housing purposes described in the Second Schedule hereto.

ALL that piece of road containing 1 rood 36·7 perches situated in Blocks VII and XI, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D., adjoining or passing through part Allotment 54, Parish of Pakuranga, and part of the land on D.P. 7397 being part Allotment 22, Parish of Manurewa; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 5146 (S.O. 43295) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

SECOND SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre and 26·9 perches situated in Block VII, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part Allotment 54, Parish of Pakuranga, being all the land in Proclamation No. 16947. Part certificate of title, Volume 581, folio 217, Auckland Land Registry.
