A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of May 1962.

SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 46 acres and 30·44 perches situated in the Borough of Levin, Wellington R.D., being parts Lots 1, 2, and 3, D.P. 6637, being part Subdivision 10, Horowhenua Block, as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 5120 (S.O. 25277) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
