Land and an Easement Over Land and Portions of Public Reserve Taken for Post Office Purposes (Radio Station) in the Borough of Paeroa

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land first and secondly described in the First Schedule hereto and the portions of public reserve thirdly and fourthly described in the said First Schedule are hereby taken for Post Office purposes (radio station), and that an easement for Post Office purposes (radio station) is hereby taken over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto vesting in Her Majesty the Queen the full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to construct and use a right-of-way with the right for Her Majesty's servants, agents, workmen, licensees, and invitees from time to time and at all times hereafter to go, pass, and repass with or without horses or other animals or vehicles and machinery over the land described in the said Second Schedule and to maintain, repair, and keep open the said right-of-way, such right-of-way to be held appurtenant to the land and portions of public reserve described in the said First Schedule; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of May 1962.
FIRST SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XII, Ohinemuri Survey District, Borough of Paeroa, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

0 1 32 9 Part Lot 56, D.P. 1751, being part Te Puru-o-Te Rangi No. 2 Block; coloured yellow on plan.
1 0 23 5 Lots 49, 50, 51, and 52, D.P. 1751, being part Te Puru-o-Te Rangi No. 2 Block; coloured blue on plan.
0 0 18 2 Parts Section 3, Block XXVII, Town of Paeroa;
0 0 27 8 coloured sepia on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 5055 (S.0. 40396) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
SECOND SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 13 * 4 perches situated in Block XII, Ohinemuri Survey District, Borough of Paeroa, Auckland R.D., being part Section 2, Block XXVII, Town of Paeroa; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 5055 (S.O. 40396) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 11th day of April 1962.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for teachers' residences; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of May 1962.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken, together with the right of way created by Transfer No. S. 216822, Auckland Land Registry, for State housing purposes, and that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the right of way created by Transfer No. S. 216822, Auckland Land Registry, for Maori housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of May 1962.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for the purposes of a gravel pit, is hereby set apart for a fish-hatchery site; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of May 1962.
