Inviting Proposals for Golden Bay County District Scheme
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Golden Bay County Council, at its meeting held on the 10th day of April 1962, has resolved to prepare for the Golden Bay County a district scheme as required by the provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953.
Every person concerned and every local authority in the district, as defined by section 2 of the Act, is hereby invited to submit full information as to the proposals (including public works) which, in his or its opinion, should be considered in the preparation of the scheme.
Proposals marked “Golden Bay County District Scheme” should be addressed to the County Clerk and delivered at the County Clerk’s office on or before the 17th day of August 1962.

DECLARATION

IN conformity with the above Act, I, Ernest Bissett, General Manager of the Guardian Trust and Executors Co. of New Zealand Ltd., do solemnly and sincerely declare:

1. That the liability of the members is limited. The capital of the company is £100,000 fully paid, divided into 20,000 shares of £5 each.
   The assets of the company in its corporate capacity on the 31st day of December last were £251,160.
   The liabilities of the company in its corporate capacity on that day were £29,671.
   The first annual licence was issued on the 10th day of March 1911.
2. That in the capacity of trustees and executors the amount of moneys received on account of estates up to the 31st day of December last was £105,503,349.
   The amount of moneys paid on account of estates up to that day was £105,102,046.
   The amount of balances held in trust accounts at various banks on account of estates under administration on that day was £401,303.
3. And I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true and by virtue of the provisions of an Act of the General Assembly of New Zealand intituled the Oaths and Declarations Act 1957.

   In accordance with the provisions of The Guardian Trust and Executors Co. Amendment Act of 1911, No. 17, I have examined this statement and compared it with the books of the company and I hereby certify it to be correct.

Under the Regulations Act 1936, statutory regulations of general legislative force are no longer published in the New Zealand Gazette, but are supplied under any one or more of the following arrangements:
(1) All regulations serially as issued (punched for filing) subscription £2 per calendar year in advance.
(2) Annual volume (including index) bound in buckram, 35s. per volume. (Volumes for years 1936–37 and 1939–42 are out of print.)
(3) Separate regulations as issued.
