PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby appoints

Harris Busby Jefferd
to be members of the Hatea-arangi Memorial Park Domain
Board, Gisborne Land District, in place of Hillary James
Elley, deceased, and Hapi Tematemanawa Pakira Potae,
resigned, and, further, increases the total number of members
of the Hatea-arangi Memorial Park Domain Board from
six to nine, and appoints

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby revokes the notice dated 27 November
1961 and published in Gazette, 14 December 1961, No. 80,

and not required for that purpose to be Crown land in so
far as it affects the area described in the First Schedule
hereto, and hereby declares the land described in the Second
