A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

All those pieces of land situated in the Town District of Waverley, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of road containing 25·3 perches situated in Block III, Whangaehu Survey District, Wellington R.D., adjoining or passing through Section 7, Paraekaretu District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 4238 (S.O. 24799) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 11th day of April 1962.

Land Set Apart as Provisional State Forest Declared to be Subject to the Land Act 1948

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to subsection (2) of section 19 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, acting on the joint recommendation of the Minister of Lands and of the Minister of Forests, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being portion of provisional State forest reserve No. 1605 set apart by Proclamation dated the 7th day of October 1930, and published in Gazette, 9 October 1930, Volume III, page 3124, is required for settlement purposes; and in accordance with the provisions of the said Act such land shall, from and after the day of the gazetting hereof, cease to be provisional State forest land and shall become Crown land available for sale, lease, reservation, or other disposition under the provisions of the Land Act 1948.

WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT
Part Reserve 1605, situated in Block VIII, Waimea Survey District: Area, 3 roods 3 perches, more or less.

As shown on the plan marked 10/98/26A deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

All those pieces of land situated in Block V, Mangonui Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

0 0 2·8 Part Crown Land; coloured sepia on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 5085 (S.O. 42677) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Declaring Land in North Auckland and Canterbury Land Districts Vested in the Auckland and Canterbury Education Boards as Sites for Public Schools to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Auckland Education Board, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Canterbury Education Board, as sites for public schools shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

FIRST SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
Lot 2, D.P. 48131, being part Allotment 14, Section 1, Small Farms, near the Village of Howick, situated in Block III, Otahuhu Survey District: Area, 3 acres and 18 perches, more or less. Part certificate of title, Volume 6, folio 116.
