Land Taken for Electric Works in Block III, Titirangi
Survey District

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for electric works and shall vest in the Waitemata Electric Power Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of April 1962.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing approximately 2 roods 6 perches situated in Block III, Titirangi Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 266, Parish of Waikomiti; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 5083 (S.O. 43121) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 11th day of April 1962.

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for river protection purposes and shall vest in the Hutt River Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of April 1962.

SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in the City of Lower Hutt, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

0 0 0·9 Coloured orange on plan.
0 0 16·07 Coloured blue on plan.

All being parts Lot 2, D.P. 12320, being parts Section 28, Hutt District.
