Crown Land, Subject to a Drainage Right and a Fencing Covenant, Set Apart for Railway Purposes at Bluff
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart for railway purposes; subject to a drainage right reserved by memorandum of transfer No. 172371 and a fencing covenant contained in memorandum of transfer No. 172371, Southland Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of April 1962.
SCHEDULE
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land containing together 1 rood 19·2 perches situated in Block I, Campbelltown Hundred, Southland R.D., being Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 5339, Southland Land Registry, being part Section 14.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 13th day of April 1962.

Crown Land Set Apart for Road in Block V, Awakino East Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of April 1962.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of Crown land containing 7·4 perches, situated in Block V, Awakino East Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part bed of the Awakino River; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 145216 (S.O. 36224) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 4th day of April 1962.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the portion of a public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of April 1962.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that portion of a public reserve containing 0·7 of a perch situated in Block VIII, Rangitoto Survey District, City of Auckland, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 38, D.P. 38819, part Allotment 104A, Section 16, Suburbs of Auckland; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 5049 (S.O. 43341) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of April 1962.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods situated in Block VII, Cheviot Survey District, Canterbury R.D., being Sections 11 and 13, Block XXIV, Town of Cheviot (formerly Town of Mackenzie). Part certificate of title, Volume 560, folio 58, Canterbury Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 11th day of April 1962.
