Declaring Land in a Roadway Laid Out in Block IV, Coromandel Survey District, Coromandel County, to be Road

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by an order dated the 18th day of December 1961, to be road.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 5 acres 18 perches situated in Block IV, Coromandel Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part Te Pungapunga 2A 1A roadway; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 5010 (M.L. 18800) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 3rd day of April 1962.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand hereby declare the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington. (Proclamation No. 168648.)

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 13th day of October 1960, and published in Gazette, 20 October 1960, Volume III, page 1642, taking land for the development of water power (Rangitaiki River Power Scheme) in Block XV, Rangitaiki Upper Survey District, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 2nd day of April 1962

Pursuant to the Rabbits Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
-
(1) This order may be cited as the Eyre Creek Rabbit District Order 1962.
(2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette. -
The boundaries of the Eyre Creek Rabbit District, which was constituted by Order in Council on the 26th day of July 1950,* are hereby altered and redefined and, as from the commencement of this order, the boundaries of the said district shall be those specified in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
BOUNDARIES OF THE EYRE CREEK RABBIT DISTRICT
All that area in the Southland Land District, Southland County, inclusive of roads, railways, and streams, containing 131,200 acres, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at the junction of the north-eastern boundary of Part Lot 13, D.P. 1666, with the north-western side of No. 6 State Highway, Block XXXIX, Eyre Survey District, and proceeding north-westerly along the north-eastern boundary of the said Part Lot 13 and Lot 4, D.P. 3996, to the left bank of the Irthing Stream; thence northerly generally along the left bank of the Irthing Stream to its intersection with a line bearing 240Β° from the south-western corner of Part Run 352B, Block XII, Eyre Survey District; thence north-easterly along the said line bearing 240Β° to the said corner of Part Run 352B, thence north-westerly generally along the south-western boundary of the said Part Run 352B to the south-western corner of Run 547, being also a point on the watershed between the Eyre Creek and streams flowing into the Oreti River; thence north-westerly generally along the said watershed to the saddle between Eyre Creek and South Branch of the Von River; thence easterly along the southern boundaries of Runs 556 and 555 to Eyre Peak; thence south-westerly along a right line to the source of the Mataura River; thence south-easterly generally along the right bank of the Mataura River to the north-eastern corner of Run 394A, Block VIII, Eyre Survey District; thence westerly generally along the northern boundaries of Runs 394A and 575 and the south-eastern boundaries of Section 42, Block XXXIX, Eyre Survey District, and the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the north-western side of No. 6 State Highway; thence south-westerly along the north-western side of that highway to the point of commencement.
