Public Notification of Change to the Papakura District Scheme

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a resolution of the Papakura Borough Council made on the 30th day of October 1961, a change of the district scheme has been recommended for approval under the Town and Country Planning Act, 1953. The change relates to the area of land at present zoned Industrial B on the Papakura District Plan, bounded by Elliott, East, and Union Streets. The scheme has been deposited in the Municipal Chambers, Coles Crescent, Papakura, and the Papakura Public Library, East Street, Papakura, in accordance with section 22 (1) of that Act, and is there open for inspection, without fee, to all persons interested therein at any time when the above places are open to the public.

Objections to the scheme or to any part thereof shall be in writing in form E prescribed in the First Schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, and shall be lodged at the office of the Council at any time not later than the 20th day of July 1962. At a later date every objection will be open for public inspection and any person who wishes to support or oppose any objection will be entitled to be heard at the hearing of objections if he notifies the Town Clerk in writing within the period of which public notice will be given.

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Clutha County Council at its meeting held on the 27th day of March 1962 has resolved to prepare for the County of Clutha a district scheme as required by the provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953.

Every person concerned and every local authority in the district as defined by section 2 of the Act is hereby invited to submit full information as to the proposals (including public works) which, in his or its opinion, should be considered in the preparation of the scheme.

Proposals marked “Clutha County District Scheme” should be addressed to the County Clerk and delivered at the County Clerk’s office on or before the 31st day of August 1962.

Change of City of Auckland District Scheme

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a resolution of the Council made on 9 April 1962, the Council has recommended that the operative district scheme be changed in respect of the matters listed in the Schedule hereto.

The changes of the district scheme, as now recommended by the Council, have been deposited in the Town Hall (Town Planning Division), the Central Library, and each of the Branch Libraries, namely, Avondale, Epsom, Grafton, Grey Lynn, Parnell, Point Chevalier, Remuera, and Tamaki, and are there open for inspection by all persons interested therein, without fee, at any time when the above places are open to the public.

Objection to the proposed changes of the district scheme may be made by way of written notice in form E prescribed in the First Schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, or to the like effect marked “Objection to Scheme Change” and lodged at the office of the Council at any time not later than 31 May 1962. An appropriate form for use by objectors is available from the Town Hall or from the libraries.

At a later date every objection will be open for public inspection. Any person who wishes to support or oppose any objection will then be entitled to be heard at the hearing of objections if he notifies the Council in writing within a period of which public notice will be given.
